I flew on-site to conduct user interviews and usability studies with commuters and program administrators, then distilled the findings into a clear research report and product roadmap.
Armed with this important context, I designed a modern, intuitive web app with high-demand features like trip planning, searchable route maps, and improved accessibility. It remains one of my proudest projects, showing how thoughtful design can scale to make life just a little easier for thousands of people.
